Using the Certified Marine Drive Cycle Test, the 187 ECOPlus Fuel Saver Repower will use up to an average of 15% less fuel than a stock Yamaha F175 DEC OFFSHORE engine. With improved hole shot, stronger mid-range and higher top speed, this repower is so good, it's like having a new engine on your transom!

Use the DIY Kit to easily repower your engine!  After installing a Nizpro Marine 2.8L 187 ECO PLUS Fuel Saver Repower, your Yamaha F175 DEC OFFSHORE will make 187hp with additional throttle response to get you up and on the plane faster than before.

Can I have Increased Power, Improved Economy & Reliability?  Yes you can, it’s all true!

Testing: Nizpro Marine technicians have painstakingly developed and tested the Nizpro Marine 2.8L 187 ECO PLUS Fuel Saver Repower on a standard Yamaha F175 DEC OFFSHORE engine utilizing the Nizpro Marine Endurance Test on our inhouse dyno cell. The engine passed with no adverse effects*.

That same engine has also been extensively water tested for 250+ hours to further validate the dyno results. These tests underpin the quality and performance of the thousands of engines currently in market using Nizpro Marine Performance Repowers.

*Fuel Grade: Your engine must run on Minimum 87 USA grade (91 AUS grade Octane) fuel & must have adhered to the recommended Yamaha service intervals.
