Just thought Id touch base, a year on from re flashing my F200 ECU with the Nizpro 231 FSR Performance Repower.

The engine performs flawlessly, having the extra power is always handy. Also, the fuel economy is amazing, cruising at 55kmh, I average 2.3 km/l, which is great with the current fuel prices.

I cannot fault your product or customer service and your dedication and professionalism as a business is very admirable.

I am looking forward to spending some more time out on the water, over the next few months.

Hi Nizpro,

I purchased one of the 200 offshore tunes a while back and have only just been able to try it out. I have some real world data post flash for you.

My boat is a 5.6 m (6 m tip to tail) plate, rear centre console which weighs 2200 kg on trailer with full fuel (250 litres). Prop is 17” pitch X 14 ¼ dia.

Wide open throttle used to be around 5200 rpm using 0.9 km/l for 62/65 kph with normal load.

Pre Flash

3000 rpm, 1.7 km/l, 30 kph

4000 rpm, 1.6 km/l, 45 kph

5000 rpm, 1.1 km/l, 62 kph

Best cruise was 3600 rpm, 2.0 km/l, 41 kph

Post flash

3000 rpm, 2.0 km/l, 29 kph

4000 rpm, 1.9 km/l, 45 kph

5000 rpm, 1.5 km/l, 62 kph

5800 rpm, 1.2 km/l, 73 kph (wide open throttle)

3700 rpm, 1.9 km/l, 20.9 l/hr, 42 kph (gauge), 40 kph

5600 rpm, 1.2 km/l, 58.1 l/hr, 70 kph (gauge), 68 kph

The wide open rpm shows the engine is making more power than before and the improvement in the distance travelled per litre of fuel is incredible!

The best part it is across the entire operating range making the boat much cheaper to run and giving me better range than ever before.
